At Sant Satram Dham Raharki Sahib, the days considered to be auspicious are the first Thursday and first Saturday after the new moon. The Thursday that follows the new moon is called sayee vispat, while the first Saturday after the new moon is referred to as Sao Chhanchhar. People from various regions of Sindh come together at Raharki Sahib and other Sant Satram Dhams to seek blessings from the revered Sants of Raharki Sahib. Additionally, Satguru Sai Satramdas Sahib, who was born on October 25th, 1866, was born on a Thursday, and Sao Chhanchhar is celebrated to commemorate the glorious union of Shahanshah Satguru and Mata Suchet Devi.
Devri Sahib is a destination where individuals can attain everlasting serenity and genuine joy in life. Every Thursday, Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Sahib himself performs the ‘Seva Karya’ at Devri Sahib, and he listens to the concerns of the people and bestows blessings upon them, thereby eradicating the unawareness from their lives and enlightening their intellects with genuine spiritual wisdom.
Guru Purnima is another significant occasion observed at Raharki Sahib, where numerous individuals gather to seek blessings from the esteemed Sants of Raharki Sahib.
“The Guru surpasses all others and holds the highest position”
Describing the relationship between a Guru and disciple is difficult to express in words as it is a deep and inseparable bond. The Guru is idolised by his disciple, and the two are like milk and sugar, inseparable. A true disciple surrenders his heart and soul to his Guru and is incomplete without him. On the day of Guru Purnima, individuals from all around the globe come to pay tribute to their Gurus. It is considered highly fortunate to seek blessings from one’s Guru on this auspicious day.
